Right this could be the most confusing post ever published on Facebook! I am now selling a CNUT t-shirt that has been inspired by FCUK! I know you can hardly believe you ears/eyes! Well basically about 3 weeks ago I was kindly informed on Twitter that French Connection was selling a rip off AC/DC t-shirt for £25 calling it ‘Rock it Logo t-shirt’ the price is exactly the same as the AC/DC’s t-shirts! So 3 weeks ago out of the kindness of my heart I kindly phoned AC/DC’s Lawyers in New York to tell them about this terrible infringement plus emailed them just to make sure they got the message.
However that FCUK infringement t-shirt is still on sale see link above and personally I don’t think AC/DC’s Lawyers are moving quick enough (if it was you or me they’d been knocking on your door the next day with an arrest warrant!!) so to try and speed things up a little I’ve produced my very own CNUT t-shirt which has been inspired by French Connection’s ‘Rock it Logo t-shirt’ which has been inspired i.e. stolen from AC/DC’s t-shirt. (Confused? You will be!) By doing this I’m hoping AC/DC’s lawyers will take action against me which will mean they will have to take action against French Connection because my t-shirt is inspired by French Connection’s ‘Rock it Logo t-shirt’ not AC/DC’s t-shirt. (Does that make sense?) What would be really funny is if both AC/DC and French Connection come after me for trademark Infringement!! I’ll keep you posted on any legal developments!
